Nicole: Paid $85 dollars for a bouquet that looked nothing like this picture. More green than flowers. It was for a family member who passed and I requested a sympathy card, and “get well soon” card was placed. I am completely mortified

Annie: I am in Australia and have been ordering flower arrangements from From You Flowers. Last 2 Christmases, both arrangements were disappointing! The delivered item didn’t look anything like the one posted on the website!
Aimbere: Really bad service. It was a birthday gift and they didn’t to deliver in the scheduled date, even paying the fee to ensure until noon. Talking to customer service, always return with “will be deliver as sons as possible” that never happens.
Karen: I originally wrote ‘Easy and good prices!’ What my cousin received didn’t seem as nice as what was advertised. It was smaller and one of the plants appeared to have lots of brown edges. If the final product was more comparable, I would have kept the higher rating. I was happy with the quick delivery. The company may want to keep better check on its local suppliers.
Hope: The surprise handling fee at the end was quite the turn off considering the other sites I’ve ordered flowers from don’t do that.

Ordered some Flowers, was charged extra for expedited shipping, “guaranteed before Noon” , and the Flowers got there ay 9:00 PM.
Toni: Ordered the sunflower arrangement for my friends birthday. Not only did the arrangement not match what I ordered at all, it came a day late. I feel super ripped off. Will never order from here again.
Michelle: Do NOT USE! Wish I had checked reviews before I ordered but this was the only company that could deliver within three days. First order a baby shower arrangement I clearly indicate it was a 50th birthday and the replacement arrangement was just Lilly’s put in the vase no filler or arrangement.

Peter: These flowers were nothing like I ordered. The colors and flowers were not even the same. The arrangement was very tiny and embarrassing . I went out and bought a complete new arrangement after receiving these. I should get a total refund for this order This was a complete disappointment!

James: Haven’t experienced a bad delivery, but there is still time. I was pissed about the check out cost. Advertised as 35 dollars went all the way up to 72 dollars, after they added all the B.S. fee’s to the cost. BUYER BEWARE!!!! Total price scamming! They need to be reported.! In fact I may make a call to have the website shut down and investigated!
Linda: I ordered an arrangement for my friend’s 80th birthday. Got a confirmation of delivery. The flowers were never delivered. After contacting company and waiting for their “investigation”. Four days later I was offered another delivery and 30% off. My friend’s birthday was already ruined. I told the rep I want a full refund. I contacted my bank with a dispute. These people are liars and frauds.

I ordered for my granddaughter 8:30 in the morning I paid extra to have the flowers delivered in four hours they never came till 6:20. And they forgot the teddy bear and it was a little skimpy basket of flowers not even the same kind I ordered. THIS IS HORRIBlE
