Our testing panel was expecting a lusciously plush pillow that we’d sink into deeply — but though it is soft, our head and neck remained well-supported for a suspended cloud-like feel. It’s machine-washable, but frequent fluffing may be necessary over time, which could be cumbersome with Casper’s (otherwise innovative) pillow-in-pillow design. Stephanie: The pillow flattens in the middle over the course of the night. Doesn’t matter how much I fluff it, it goes flat and is causing my neck pain. I missed the return window because I wanted to give it a good try and have been using it for almost two months. Sad to say this $100 pillow is going in the garbage.

Kas: The king sized pillow is ridiculous, all fluff and no support. Meaning that when you fluff it, it maintains it’s supporting structure for an hour or so, then returns to “normal”. Unless you want to wake up every hour to fluff it, you’re better off getting a good down pillow for half the price. The redeeming factor is the return policy…
