Ronald: I haven’t been cheated. If I didn’t received an item in the Iimit have been issued a refund with no problems. I haven’t received items that didn’t match photo or description. The measurement matched too. I only order sporting goods and toys. I haven’t order any clothing items.
Andrew: I have ordered 3 items from Aliexpress in the last year. All 3 have been not as described and of poor quality. Customer service has been of no help to resolve problems. In addition, it takes way too long to receive items ordered. I have been unable to return any of the items.

You have to be careful with what products you buy and check the images the other buyers have attached as reviews to make sure everything is fine. But if you do that you can get pretty good products, sometimes of surprising quality, super cheap.
Ali: Very low quality customer support that doesn’t support the buyer even if the seller is a scammer that sells crappy products. Very nice to see that AliExpress supports scammers.

Ivan: I purchased with them for the first time which all went well until they began to demand my ID and credit card pictures and info. Now they offer payment threw PayPal. Which makes no sense for the addition info. Which leds back fraud! Foreign country means bad deals.

Hans: Order from Best Bikes Store with Aliexpress never arrived. they are con men. when I filed complaint they said remove complaint as order is in transit. I removed complaint but order never arrived after 15 days you can not fle complaint 97 days later no parcel no refund ‘YOUR MONEY IS SAFE WITH US’ indeed? yes its WITH THEM USE AT YOUR PERIL

Susan: The sellers system dropped my street address off so I never received the parcel, it was then subsequently sent all over Australia and never got to me. I spent hours trying to track it and eventually they sent me a refund for only half of what I had paid and I never received either of the 2 items that I paid for. Will never shop here again and have told all my firends to stay away.

Dave: AliExpress is a total fraud. They are liars and thieves and use fake sellers. DON’T TRUST THEM AS THEY ARE FRAUDULENT.
John: Pages are full of thumbnails that show a low price but when you click on it the actual price is much higher. Aliexpress does not make sellers remove false ads or ban them from selling for a while for purposely using false ads. I got so tired of this and all the time I was wasting and went back to eBay.
Sony: I scammer several time 250usd never buy anything from this scamming site they are online lifter.
